Founded & Incorporated
Roehr Tool founded and Incorporated to start manufacturing the RT line of collapsible cores in Waltham, MA.
1980
Manufacturing Operation Moves
Roehr Tool moves its manufacturing operations from Waltham, MA to Hudson, MA.
1988
MiniCore Product Line
Roehr Tools MiniCore® product line developed reducing collapsing diameters to .425” (10.8mm)
1989
MiniCore Patents Received
Patents received for MiniCore® designs.
1995
Expandable Cavities Development
Roehr Tool develops Expandable Cavities for the release of external threads and undercuts as custom products.
2006
Acquisition by Progressive Components
Roehr Tool acquired by industry leading component supplier, Progressive Components of Wauconda, IL.
2009
Dovetail Series Debut
Roehr Tool releases the Dovetail Series Collapsible Core at the National Plastics Exhibition in Chicago. (NPE)
